Tears flowed freely in the Rubies House this afternoon after the name of the swapped housemates were revealed by Feza. Zimbabwean housemate Hakeem and Nigeria's Melvin were the chosen housemates to leave Rubies house and head to Diamonds.

After winning the Airtel arena showdown, the burden fell on Diamond's Head of House, Feza to swap two housemtes from her Diamond house with that of Rubies. Being broadcasted live to both houses, Feza was very quick to choose Denzel and Betty from Diamonds and then went ahead to choose to Hakeem but didn't know the name of the other housemate she wanted to choose.
Describing to big brother, she said the guy with a gap in his teeth, curly hair, wearing a black vest etc but Big brother still wasn't sure who she was referring to and went ahead and named all the male housemates from Rubies to assist her but that still didn't work until Big Brother asked her "Do you mean the Nigerian Guy" she then said Yes. After that she was asked to confirm the name of the housemates she just chose and she changed her mind and decided to keep an already crying Betty in the house, she sends Neyll alongside Denzel to Rubies

Her choice of Melvin and Hakeem wasn't welcomed in  Rubies house as almost all the housemates burst into tears. Selly was inconsolable, so was Beverly. Hakeem and Melvin also couldn't hold back their tears. Rubies housemates quickly gathered around  Melvin and Hakeem in the bedroom while they packed their luggages to show their support.
housemates saying their final farewell.
Meanwhile, in the Diamonds, it was exactly the opposite as the girls were quite excited with the choice of Melvin and Hakeem and were discussing how they will welcome them into the house. It must be said that some girls in the Diamiond house have actually clamoured for Melvin, while at the arena, Huddah, Annabel and Feza had asked about the Nigerian housemate and on meeting him, were already rooting for him. So, it wasn't a surprise when Feza decided to choose both Melvin and Hakeem.
The game is on, I think think it's a good move for Melvin... What do you think?
