Big Brother Africa 8: The departure and arrival

After the whole swap thing and the unending tears in the Rubies house, the euphoria in the Diamonds. It was time for the housemates that were swapped to leave the old house for their new house. Big Brother had given the four housemates Denzel, Neyll, Hakeem and Melvin thirty minutes to pack their belongings and get set to leave.
Thirty minutes passed and the housemates were ordered into the store room to exit the house. The Rubies housemates said their final goodbyes to  Hakeem and Melvin with loads of hugs and some still shedding tears. Melvin gave a short speech and encouraged the housemates to keep the bond going and be strong for each other. While in the Diamond house it was all smiles as the housemates bade their goodbyes to the happy Denzel and Neyll.

Melvin and Hakeem with their country flags wrapped around their neck arrived in the Diamond house to a rosy welcome. The girls were obviously excited to have them and the guys were also warm in their welcome. Melvin who had already bonded with his West African brothers, Bolt and Elikem at the arena was heard speaking Pidgin English with both of them and all laughing. Huddah and Annabel  took  Melvin and Hakeem to the bedroom to show them around. Annabel was already wooing Melvin to choose the bed beside her. Meanwhile Huddah kept complimenting both guys, she said "You guys are so good looking", "You  guys are fineee". Huddah and Annabel later led both guys to the garden and the four of them sat down and got chatting. Hakeem was a bit laid back and didn't say much.

Meanwhile, it was a cold reception for both Denzel and Neyll at the Rubies house. They were given a cold reception as they stepped into the house with Beverly and Cleo out-rightly ignoring them while Selly was just looking without saying anything. Natasha suddenly became the spokesperson of the Rubies, introducing the housemates and answering most questions. Denzel was at a point asking Selly questions and it was Natasha that was answering. Here are some of the interesting and funny quotes of Natasha....
"Sulu is a football player but he has resigned now"
"What do you present? I also do TV presenting in my country" - Natasha to Denzel.
"Be yourself, you have to be yourself" - Natasha to Denzel.
"The head of house is the boss here, so you better take her orders" - Natasha to Denzel.
"I'm not feeling them, the house is empty, leave them they will wash the dishes" - Natasha.

It was just so hilarious watching Natasha while she addressed Denzel in his traditional 'hot shorts'. The rest of the Rubies housemates just looked on and didn't say much.

And, you guys should watch out for Annabel and Huddah as they both seem to have the  hots for Melvin. Huddah particularly was so keen and seem to enjoy the very brief and introductory conversation between  her and Melvin.
