As the Head of House of the winning Rubies house, Selly the Ghanaian housemate has the power to swap housemates from both houses. The Rubies housemates thought Selly was going to bring back Melvin and Hakeem and most likely send  Oneal and another housemate to Diamonds house.

But Selly shocked everyone including me, and YOU when she chose Elikem and Angelo from the Diamonds house and decided to send Beverly and Biguesas to the Diamonds. Hakeem was so shocked and didn't believe he wasn't going to be reuniting with his lovebird Cleo. Rubies housemates didn't believe it also, all very surprised and shocked.

Selly has shown to be very unpredictable and playing a game. Let's look at it this way, Selly had shown interest in LK4 early in the game. Is she trying to eliminate her competitors for him considering that she also put up Koketso for eviction, but then again that could be wrong because she didn't save LK4. Whatever it is though, it's obvious Selly is playing a game.
