Big Brother Africa 8: Melvin gets his groove back.

Naija's, Melvin ratings in the big brother house seem to have sky rocketed since he made his entrance into the Diamonds house on Friday evening. Melvin who had before now been in the Rubies house alongside his co-Nigerian, Beverly have just been there. Nothing special and nothing bad about him. He was not the center of attraction or the most vocal or most entertaining in the Rubies. He was equally on the same page with all the Ruby housemates as they all got along and did their things in group without any housemate particularly out shining the other. He pretty got along with everyone and was liked by all the housemates which was evident with how sad and dejected most of them were when he was picked as one of the housemate to leave Rubies for Diamonds.

Since he entered the Diamonds house, things have drastically changed for Melvin. He has wowed the girls with his good looks. Huddah particularly has been drooling over him. She has told him several times how good looking he is. She even told Fatima that "Elikem won't give him pussy, it's only a girl that will give him pussy" when Fatima had told her that he will be joining the gang of Elikem and Bolt. Huddah who also kissed Melvin during a kissing game said "I have got my Naija kiss". Annabel who has also shown interest and likeness to him practically begged him to choose the bed next to her's to sleep. Delish have also complimented Melvin on his good looks, and practically spent the whole of Saturday next to him, sitting right beside him for their Saturday breakfast and also sitting next to him for the better part of Saturday chatting.

Melvin on Friday night just about some hours after he got into the Diamond's house jumped into the jacuzzi with Huddah, Annabel, Delish, Fatima and Elikem. It was quite steamy in the jacuzzi with the girls all over him. Melvin have also blended very well with the loud duo of Bolt and Elikem, speaking pidgin English all the time with them, singing aloud and dancing to Nigerian songs with them.

 On Saturday evening, Melvin got all the Diamonds housemates into playing the kissing game. He explained the game to them and led them all into it which was quite fun for them. He got a kiss from Huddah and Annabel from the game. Just after the kissing game he also joined Hakeem, Angelo, Elikem, Delish, Fatima and Bolt in freestyling to a random song "I wanna pee" that Fatima started as a mere message to big brother to open the house door so she can go use the toilet to pee. It was quite an interesting and hilarious freestyle and Melvin didn't do bad at all.

Later on Saturday night during the Channel O party, Melvin was more or less the party animal of the house. He danced all through the one hour party and really enjoyed himself taking turns dancing with all the girls. After the party, Huddah came to join him on his bed and they both got talking before Feza joined in. Huddah slept on his bed right beside him while he engaged Feza in an interesting conversation till around 1am before Feza went to her bed to sleep and him sleeping off on his bed with Huddah. Melvin has been the star and center of attraction since his entrance into the Diamond house and he has done very well to up his game. Let's just hope he continues that way.

We have a new Melvin, people. Diamond house is indeed a blessing for Melvin, well for now. Do you want him back to the Rubies ?or he should stay put in Diamond? I know if the Rubies housemates win their friday task, they are taking their boy back.
