Fatima and Hakeem became the 11th and 12th housemates to be evicted from the Big Brother house. Hakeem who was seen as a very strong contender at the beginning of the show had his popularity with the viewers go down due to his excessive and unnecessary arrogance
The live show as usual started with the charismatic host IK showing clips of what happened in the house over the weekend. And a Tanzanian musician Wakasi performed on stage. Clips of last week evicted housemates Bolt and Maria interviews were shown also.
After the Head of House Melvin and Elikem announced their save and replace decision. Fatima was the first housemate to be evicted. A wailing Natasha was inconsolable. Hakeem's eviction was a bit of a shocker to some housemates especially Pokello who couldn't stop screaming and swearing. Melvin who had replaced Selly with Hakeem broke down in tears but later summoned courage to hug Hakeem while he was exiting the house.
In an interesting twist and a bid to continue to confuse the housemates, Big Brother brought on stage a certain Melisa Sante as an evicted non-existent Emerald housemate. While crossing back to the house to announce Hakeem's eviction, IK had Melisa standing close to him and said to the housemates "third eviction of the night" which obviously got some housemates asking who the person beside IK was and wondering about what he meant by third eviction of the night.
